Terms
Last updated 14 September 2026
These are the terms for using this website and for asking us to prepare a Small Claims Tribunals document pack. Like the privacy page, this is written in plain English on purpose.
The most important thing on this page. We are not a law firm, we are not your lawyer, and nothing we give you is legal advice. We write documents from the facts you give us. Deciding whether to bring a claim, and what to say at the hearing, remains yours.
Who we are
AdminLess AI Pte Ltd (UEN 202540525M), 60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. Contact [email protected].
What this site does today
Right now this site does one thing: it lets you check whether your claim looks like a fit and then send us your story. No payment is taken on this site. There is no card form, and we do not hold card details. If we can help, we reply by email and agree everything with you in writing before any work starts.
What we do
For a flat S$49 we prepare a document pack for the Small Claims Tribunals, from the facts you give us, within two working days of having everything we need. The pack is the set of documents described on the home page.
You file the claim yourself. The Small Claims Tribunals are designed to be used without a lawyer, and by law a lawyer cannot represent a party at the tribunal in any case.
What we do not do
- We do not give legal advice, and we do not tell you whether you will win.
- We do not represent you, at the tribunal or anywhere else.
- We do not file anything on your behalf, and we do not speak to the other side.
- We do not guarantee any outcome. No one honestly can.
- We do not verify your facts. We write what you tell us — see below.
What we need from you
The pack is only as good as the facts behind it, so you agree that:
- what you tell us is true and complete as far as you know;
- the documents and amounts you give us are genuine;
- you will tell us if something changes before we deliver.
We write from what you give us. If the facts are wrong, the documents will be wrong, and that is not something we can be responsible for.
When we will say no
We will turn work down, and say why, if the claim falls outside what the tribunal handles — for example if it is outside the monetary limits, if it is likely out of time, or if proceedings have already been filed. Telling you that is free, and we will point you at where the claim does belong.
Price, and refunds
S$49 per pack, fixed. Nothing is added later. Because no payment is taken on this site today, the point at which anything becomes payable is set out in the written confirmation we send you — and you can walk away before that with nothing owed.
Your documents
Once delivered, the pack is yours. Keep it, change it, file it. We keep a copy only for as long as the privacy policy says.
Limits on our liability
We take responsibility for doing the drafting work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the outcome of your claim, for a deadline you miss, for costs the tribunal awards, or for any loss arising from facts you gave us that turned out to be wrong. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Singapore law that cannot be limited.
This website
We try to keep the page accurate, but it is a description of a service, not an offer capable of acceptance, and we may change it. The five-question check is a rough guide only — it is not an assessment of your claim, and a "fit" is not a promise that we will take the work on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. The terms that apply to your pack are the ones in force when we confirmed the work with you in writing.
